Will all facilities available?

We’re delighted to confirm that all of our facilities will indeed be open with effect from 17th May 2021. The includes our Hotel and Resort Restaurants.

Can I still visit with my friends who are from another households?

As guidance currently stands, from 17th May you can visit with 5 other people from outside your household (Rule of 6).

Should I socially distance from other guests?

The guidance clearly states that you should socially distance from people outside of your household or support bubble at this time, and we will accommodate and encourage you whilst visiting with us. We are extremely lucky to be able to support this due to the size of our spa facilities.

What have you done as a business to accommodate social distancing?

We have reduced the amount of people we allow to visit with us and have positioned our relaxation loungers to afford you all the space you require to keep safe and comfortable. Our COVID-secure protocols and procedures have been expertly assessed by trained assessors and our hotel resort has been awarded the AA Covid assurance mark to give you complete confidence when visiting us.

Will my spa experience be affected by the new restrictions?

We have worked extremely hard to effortlessly combine unobtrusive levels of hygiene, and social distancing procedures, with supreme luxury. And we believe we’ve achieved it.

This was very important to us as, after all, this is likely to be everyone’s ‘new normal’ for some time yet.

We ask that you wear a face mask whilst moving around our facilities with the exception of whilst using the thermal suite, gym, or whilst seated drinking and eating in the outdoor terrace of course.

If you are at all concerned about your visit then we would be happy to reschedule for another date in the future but we should all plan for COVID-19 to be around for some time.

Under new guidance, we ask that all guests now bring their own pool-suitable footwear for use around the spa & thermal facilities e.g. –flip flops. You can purchase our spa flip flops on arrival for £3.50.
