Our very beautiful Spa Restaurant has recently undergone a complete transformation, so why not take in the sumptuous interior of our unique restaurant whilst enjoying your delicious spa menu.

Alternatively, for a more relaxed, casual dining experience you may enjoy pizza on the Rooftop Restaurant or kick back and enjoy Tapas in the Terrace Bar.

Wherever you choose the dine, we promise you a tasteful experience.

Please be aware that we are unable to accommodate food allergies, intolerances, or celiac disease at the Terrace Bar. However, within Bertram’s Restaurant and our Rooftop Bar, we can accommodate guests with the 14 main allergens. If you have an allergy that falls outside of these, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, as a pre-order may be necessary.

Please note that we do not serve Tapas in the Terrace Bar in December.

Pizza on the Rooftop Menu

Gourmet Stonebaked Pizza

All our pizzas are 12” round, made with Italian “00” flour and cooked in our Cuppone stone-bake oven.

A naturally leavened, long fermentation process does all the hard work for us, breaking down the gluten and starch, delivering a highly digestible, low G.I. bread which is much easier on the body.

Our finished pizzas are soft & chewy in parts, blistered and cracked in others, leaving an excellent crust not to be discarded…
