Our Gift Cards are valid at all Crow Wood Hotel & Spa Resort venues giving you ultimate choice and flexibility. The gift card is non-refundable and no refund will be issued for any unused value. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of this card. Gift cards are valid for 24 months from date of purchase and there is no extension allowed after expiry date under any circumstances. The Gift Cards must be presented prior to expiry date to be redeemed. Photocopies, screenshots, pictures, emails, voucher codes alone, will not be accepted as payment. We must receive the Gift Card itself upon visiting and redeeming or full charges will apply. All bookings are subject to availability. A 14-day cooling off period applies to all vouchers purchased online. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

We will send the gift voucher directly to you – we will email you with confirmation of your order, despatch and receipt of your purchase (payment will show on your bank statement as Crow Wood Leisure).

We aim to despatch all vouchers via Royal Mail within 1 working day of receiving confirmation of your order.

Taking into account Royal Mail’s recommended Christmas posting times, please ensure that you have placed your order before 12 noon on Wednesday 18th December 2024.

If you have missed the postal deadline, you can always gift your voucher order confirmation email whilst you await delivery of the voucher. Please note, however, that we cannot accept Order Confirmations as payment. The physical gift card, with its unique barcode, will be required to be redeemed against a booking. Voucher Order Confirmations will not suffice.

Should, for any reason, your voucher not arrive, just let us know and we can cancel and reissue it for you. All reports of non-delivery must be made within 14 days of the gift voucher purchase.
